  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR business partner to initiate HR agenda with business objectives and business needs.
  • Duties for the HR Manager will include aligning staff to business objectives, recruiting the right talent, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic HR initiatives, managing HR consultants, communicating role expectations, designing succession plans, maintaining staff relations, managing internships, updating policies and practices, and overseeing wellness and health initiatives.
  • Your experience in human resources management will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills. The noteworthy HR business partner should improve HR initiatives, enhance staff morale, enhance relations between staff and employers, contribute to attaining business goals, promote good HR practices, and attract talented recruits.
  • Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention and labor relations.
  • Manages human resources operations by orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; productivity, designing HR tool systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements, expediting fulfillment, evaluating milestone accomplishments, evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction.
  • Supports management by providing human resources development advice, counsel, and decisions, analyzing information and applications.
  • Develop and implement OD initiatives to develop organizational capabilities.
  • Complies local legal (Ministry of Labor Development) requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions.
  • Identifies training needs for department and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Leading, evaluating and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Managing and allocating HR budget.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • HR Management Software Knowledge Preferences: Tiger Soft / Eagle / Oracles, etc.

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร
  • Minimum of 8 years HR leadership experience in large organization.
  • Experience in leading, mentoring and training large teams.
  •  Exceptional organizational skills; understand how to prioritize tasks, assignments with team skills.
  • A good attitude and ability to smoothly change and adapt with the project.
  •  Background or experience with proven success in HRBP strategic plan design & implementation
  • Expertise in both concept and application of Succession Planning, Objective Key Results, Key Performance Indicators, Training Roadmap, etc.
