ตำแหน่ง Logistics&Regulatory Affairs Officer

Managing inbound and outbound shipments and ensure compliance with customs regulations

Coordinate with freight forwarder, customs broker for shipment booking and monitoring

Monitoring and expediting with vendors to ensure all orders are delivered on time.

Negotiating on prices, terms and conditions with suppliers and coordinating with related departments.

Check and calculate for import and local taxes

Prepare and check all supporting documents for BL, Invoice, Packing List

Ensure that restrictions and requirements are met for import and export activities

Maintain and update files on carriers’ rates and quotations

Check and verify forwarder’s billings and customs broker’s billing invoices as per agreed rates

Organize and gather all costing of each shipment to accounting department

Initiate logistics cost improvement activities

Ensure the safe and on-time delivery of good to meet the project installation schedule

Monitor, solve daily problem and report the shipment status to the project and management

Be a company’s focal point of contact for the government agencies and non-government agencies

Nurture, maintain and manage good working relationships with government agencies to obtain the necessary approvals and government permits and enable smooth company’s Operations.

Support the internal to process new type approval, import / export license and manage time to get approval in time.

Update and brief internal teams such as Purchasing, Marketing Product and / or Sales on changes in government procedures, developments of political issues, local incidents and new regulations.

Update Import and Export license list and distribute to involvers.

Perform various other assignments as requested

- Good English reading & speaking skill



Female age between 27-35 years old.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, International, Business or equivalent related experiences.

At least 3-5 years of experience preferably in logistics, supply chain, Import & Export and contact government agency such as Customs Dept, BOI, NBTC will be an advantage.

Sound knowledge of Thailand import and export procedures.

Familiarity global Inco-terms, free-trade agreements and import-export documentation (such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, AWBs, certificates of origin, marine insurance policies, Form D, Form E, etc.)

Good command of written and spoken English is a must

Good interpersonal, communication skills and problem solving skills

Good computer skill in MS office and document management

Handle operations related matters and multiple tasks, set work priorities and organize work effectively

Must be proactive and self motivated, able to work independently or harmoniously as part of a team.
