Main Responsibilities: 

• To be responsible for all guest-relations related tasks: welcome guests, pass incoming telephone calls onto appropriate persons, receive or send out documents and packages.
• To assist in various marketing matters: prepare documents for clients and events, respond to clients’ emails, conduct school tours, record clients’ enquiries.
• To support Student Services department with student-related matters: assist in Graduation Ceremony & Orientation Day preparations, give information and answer students’ questions on the school rules and upcoming events.
• To perform all other duties as directed.

Specification:

• Thai national, female only, 22 - 30 years old
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Guest Relations or other similar positions related to the described job.  
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.          
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Well presented, outgoing with excellent customer-service skills
• Has positive attitude and service-minded
• Good listening skills
