About the role
As a Sales Executive (NPA) at Thanulux Public Company Limited, you will work closely with Oxygen Asset Co., Ltd., a subsidiary within the Saha Group family. This role is an opportunity to grow your career inside one of Thailand’s most trusted corporate groups. This full-time position is based in the Yannawa District area of Bangkok. What you'll be doing Conduct property assessment and verify legal/title documents before listing for sale. Create marketing plans, target customer segments, and engaging property content. Present properties, arrange viewings, and negotiate to close sales within company guidelines. Prepare Offer Summaries for management approval. Coordinate all legal transfer processes until completion. Manage sales pipeline and reporting; analyze market, competitors, and area demand–supply. Coordinate seamlessly with internal and external parties to support end-to-end sales.

What we're looking for A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or related customer-facing roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities to handle complex sales situations Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and consistently delivering results Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management tools and techniques Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
