Definitions
• Executive (Job Grade 14-16) refers to high-level executive who defines policy and strategy for
business growth

• Manager (Job Grade 10-13) refers to middle-level manager who develops action plan of the division
or unit to be in line with organizational strategy and makes decision on any uncertainty using
professional knowledge or specialization
• Supervisor (Job Grade 6-9) refers to a chief of staff who transforms the management plan into

implementation/operational plan and motivates team members to achieve the set goal using
knowledge or academic principles in the profession. The chief of staff shall be able to manage and
solve problems in daily work.
• Staff (Job Grade 1-5) refers to an officer who handles specific activities and follows clear operational
guideline and process. The staff has a duty to support other staff or other units using basic knowledge or
technical knowledge and can use basic equipment or more complicated equipment.
